was yours a zetec if so you wont have a front mount on the engine now erst only uses three 2 gear box and one back of engine i think you need to mod the rear mount its only a case of cutting a bit off

r u using the s1 box? the mk5 and s1 turbo have the same setup, i put one in my mk5.

the mk 4 rst uses a cradle. i do have a mount somewhere from mine, but the old one from the escort should fit the s1 box or keep the desel box in?

the s1 box has 4 holes at the front to mount it with. s2 turbo box uses cradle.

u can rebuild the desel box to use rst internals. or just buy a series one box, both seem to fetch the same sort of cash... shame im a bit poor at the mo i need a s2 box

use the desel one and fit lsd from yr box for now? generally desel boxes are meant to be stronger
