What diameter disc and what off set(height), it could be a front disc from a lower powered ford used on the rear of the capri.
If you put a disc on a table then put the depth rod of a vernier through a bolt hole and measure to the outside hub face from the table/disc surface this is the easiest way, there's not many discs will go under 13" wheels and be ok with the diameter suitable for the cossie/sierra rear caliper.
The consul classic for example used 241 x 10mm discs with a 28mm height, but your height looks a lot more, the 80-90 escort 1.1 used a 240mm with 58mm height that looks more like it.
I can tell you 100% with the other dimensions though.

found this on ebay which suggest they could be peugeot discs
A pair of rear disc caliper brackets to suit 13" wheels.
Capri & Escort Mk 1&2 - Salisbury / Atlas & Timken / English axles.
For use with Sierra / Granada rear calipers and Peugeot 405 rear discs.

It isn't a pug 405 rear disc, there 247mm but height is 34mm, and those are much higher, just measure then from the wheel face to the disc face(outer), I can simply add the disc width to find the height.
They could well be from a pug, but there's also at least 5 other makes they could come from, 4x108 was very popular years ago for a lot more than just ford.
Without the measurement of the hub to disc face it's a guess at best, just put the vernier on the edge of the disc/wheel face and do the depth measurement to the disc surface, adding 10mm will give the height.
I note the larger centre bore hole, which could well suggest it came from something other than ford ?
NEED HEIGHT AND DIAMETER, some sierras had a 253mm solid rear disc for example, rather than 273mm solid of the 2wd cossie.

34mm, piccie makes it look much more, do you have the diameter ?, what sierra discs do you have so I know what size these discs are smaller than ?
A few contenders, fiesta 2.0 253mm 34mm height 11mm thick 2004 on,(98-2005 focus/granny/scorp etc etc also), pug 106, 91-2001 1.0 is 247mm 34mm height, 10mm wide, these are the front discs for this car, I'd bet they were this disc, but need diameter!!

Caprisport used to do (and perhaps still do) a conversion to fit behind 13" wheels. It used modified peugeot discs.

think the diameter is 246 cant get it to acurate with disc still on car the sierra disc is 251 hight 34 the, hub section of the siera disc is to large a diameter it would stop the pad seating properly hub part is 165 diameter

Pug 1.0 91-2001 had an alternate size of 247 34 10, most pug centres tend to be slightly larger than fords of the capris age, though there are exceptions, is that a gap I see between the centre bore of the disc and the hub/bearing part ?, if so I think you have the alternate pug size, EBC disc D115, is the part number.

re your pm, I wouldn't worry about 1mm difference in the 405 rear versus 106 front disc, won't make any difference in real terms, that's only 0.5mm, 20 thou larger, seen at caliper so either will fit perfectly.
