Default hesitating Cossie

MY car drives great but this little niggling prob arises every now and then. When i floor it for a short period of time then back straight off, the car feels hesitate for short period(only about 5-10 seconds) Any ideas?
Its a 2wd Saff 200 engine 8000 miles, new hybrid T3 turbo stg 1 chip, 4x4 intercooler, pipercross cone filter, scorpion exshaust.

the car drives prrrfect( except for a slight high idle) If i am cruising along at says 40mph and then just floor the accelerator, the car picks up fine, accelerates fine etc, but when i come off the throttle again to just cruise, the engine feels a little hesitant, almost as if the throttle pedel has become over sensitive to less pressure on it. ie i slow down to cruising again then if come off the accelerator a little more then car pitches and slows down alot more than it mormally would. It only lasts a short time then its fine again.
Thoughts through my my was excessive fuel flooding the engine but hey I know nufink!!

Id say it was the slightly high idle actually mate... its causing excess drive on overrun.

Give it a try.

Give her to Rob mate.. better safe than sorry.

Changing the idle base will also change the emmissions, so best let a man with the equiptment deal with it
