Default 3door cossy transplant

Hi guys iam going to start building a 3dr cossy replica up which was originally a 1.6 but someone has fitted a 2.8 engine out of a 4i which is coming out, I have a full cossy 2wd sapphire for all the bits to go over for engine running gear etc is there anything I should know? Also see the wiring harness do I need to change the full harness over (surely not) as I see engine bay harnesses for sale all the time or is there a way of just using part of the harness. The clocks are another issue too iam looking for proper 3door clocks will these fit my wiring if I have to change everything over? Thanks in advance

The engine wiring harness only has 4-5 wires to patch into the main car loom so dead easy.
The 3 door clocks will fit no bother, not 100% sure on the wiring as on the mk1 sierra there was at least 2 different car looms used, but if you're not adding the 3 door ABS ?, then all you might need would be a wire from the coil negative for the tacho, that would be the only one missing if any I would think.
afaik early sapph 2wd clocks were the same so don't pay premium money for 3 door stuff.
