Default Crank Bearing tightening sequence

I have a Haynes Manual, but for the life of me I cannot find a diagram with the Main Bearing tightening sequence.

Just start at the centre with 1/2 the rated torque, working outwards, back and forth so to speak if unsure, next 3/4 of the pressure, then max torque same again.
Must admit that I just tighten them full whack starting centre, and work towards ends.
