Default ford mondeo hard to put in to gear????? help please

iv got a ford mondeo tddi 51 reg and its hard 2 get in 2 gear?? any ideas
clutch?
dual mass flywheel?
hydrolic clutch?

does it do when it's hot or cold?

is it making any rattling noises from the engine bay?

does the starter struggle to start it in the mornings?

it doe's it all the time!
its got no rattling!
and it starts 1st time evry time!
its main hard 2 get into 1st and 2nd gear
wen i first star the car i have 2 put in 1st other wise it wont go in and wen driven the car the gears are harder then normal!!

does it go in ok with the engine off? If so it sounds like a clutch issue.
