Anyone mated a Quafe MT75 dog Box to an AP racing 7.25" twin plate clutch I am still having problems with the Clutch release unit tried a centre release bearing and had big setup problems kept over stroking now fitted a so called Group A aluminium release arm and BMW slave cylinder and still seems to stick when pedal is pressed fully in!!!!!

Any body used this set up and what release fork did you use

Please don't post ideas I am looking for someone who has sorted this

I had a problem like this on a cortina, using a mt75 dog box but was running a quarter master, and I found it was the release bearing getting stuck on the input shaft slider as it hit max pressure, we had a machine shop make an extended outer shaft(sleeve),

This was a 2.1 pinto running a slimmer lightened flywheel, 7.25 quarter master clutch, and 5 spd dog box, so unsure on your setup but it can't be to far off?

 

Also forgot to add it was using a standard sierra clutch arm with adjustable pivot
