hi
When I switch off the wipers on my car they don't go back to the bottom of the screen .
they will stop where ever I switch them off .
I have to time switching them off ..lol

any one have any ideas ?

Its the relay common fault on the mk1 focus.
Speak to your local ford partsman should be able to sort you one out off the shelf.
