Advice on braided lines/aeroquip - Fuel and brake

Hey guys,
At the point where I am ready to run new lines on my Fiesta track car, first of all is fuel.
Quick spec is 1.6 Zetec SE, Jenvery DTH ITB's with Jenvey fuel rail, standard fuel tank, standard pump, FSE fuel pressure reg.
What I need to know for this is:
1 - What size hose/fittings are best suited? Been advised -6.
2 - From the standard tank it runs to the fuel filter, and then into conventional fuel lines, am I better off going straight from the tank, then going with a -6 fuel filter in the car for ease of install.
3 - My car also runs a charcoal type filter, can this be removed and replaced with a roll over valve? I've seem conflicting info that suggests these type fittings are better suited to aftermarket tanks.
4 - Although I'm not looking to compete initially, I'd like to go with an MSA compliant set up, is there a certain spec hose that is required?
By the way, I am looking to use fittings from "Torques UK", unless someone can suggest a range of better priced fittings.
I'll add bits up about brakes later on.

1. 8mm pipe is fine and 6mm pipe for a return is adequate.
2. I'm not quite sure what you're asking? You can have whatever you want. I would run 8mm metal pipe from the tank underneath the car up into the engine bay, then braided pipe (where you can see it) into the fuel filter up to the fuel pressure regulator and into the fuel rail.
3. That info is suggested because roll over valves can be fitted into the filler cap and a bit of pipe out side of the car somewhere, but be careful, i've experienced a fair share of these failing where the ball inside gets stuck which doesn't allow air to escape which result in fuel starvation, so if you take the filler cap off and it sounds like a shaken up bottle of coke, it could be the roll over valve.
