Cosworth alloy pulleys
Apart from visual are there any gains to be had from changing all pulleys to alloy oh and the minute weight loss but power wise

"all pilots"!!, I assume this is a typo, nothing to be gained apart from looks, the weight difference you'll never feel or measure, just another way to extract your hard earned imo, but if that's your thing ? they don't do any harm.
