focus anti-roll bar link rod
Are mk1 focus front anti-roll bar link rods easy to fit? It looks like one nut each end or is there more to it? Are they under tension? Are they best replaced in pairs or doesn't it matter? Thanks guys!

Best done in pairs, each side will have the same wear.
They are easier to replace than taking the wheel off to let you do it!!
It is just one nut each end, on the other side of the arm/strut to the nut is a thin nut shaped part so you can hold them still whilst undoing, sometimes the nuts just spin, or round off, if they do simply grind off.
I did both lower arms(tca), both struts, top bearings, springs, drop links pads discs all new on a mk1 recently, all in a day, oh and a wheel bearing, but that was a pig!!,
1 hour tops taking your time from start to finish will be plenty, for both sides.

I did my friends focus estate ones a couple of weeks ago and both the old ones and the new ones had a 5mm allen key hole in them for ease of removal and refitting
