Is it possible to get these reconditioned as my front passenger side is solid and when I try to adjust with the key the top pin just keeps spinning And drivers side does only turn prob 1 full turn left or right but wont go solid To match passenger side also springs could do with painting etc no leaks that I can see and how are the rears adjusted as I don't see the top cap

 

They can be rebuilt by koni dealers, have had some rebuilt before for someone else.
On the rears a lot of the time you have to actually take them off the car to adjust!!

Is it worth getting these rebuilt or should I just get coilovers
