Vibration felt through brake pedal & it sounds like i'm driving over rumble strips when braking, i noticed that the brakes were a little noisier than usual a few weeks ago but it has gradually got worse to the point where iv'e got to sort it now. I'm convinced its the rear discs that have warped somehow,they are Rally design drilled & grooved discs & they have always been noisey since i fitted them ( standard discs were quiet) but worked a lot better than my old discs. Pads still have loads of meat on. I'm sure the fronts are ok as i don't get any vibs through the steering wheel & it pulls up straight. I think the o/s r caliper may have been sticking ever so slightly but not enough so that you can't push the car around on a flat surface. Any ideas ? before i buy another set of discs.

i agree, mine vibrated like you say till i fitted some new discs

 

I made the guy changed mine before i bought it as he had the same problem.

No their not EBC. Changed the rear discs tonight & used the old pads as they had loads of meat on them & its still doing the same thing. Will change the fronts later on in the week, but iv'e never had a vibration from front brake discs that just comes up through the pedal & doesn't come up through the steering wheel under braking, does this happen ?
