Hi just bought a 2006 mondeo st tdci done 81k full ford service history.I drove it back home approx 80 mile not a problem really smooth.But today went in it started first time drove approx 1 mile and it cut out or mite of been me stalling but when i started it again it kinda revved on its own then just cut out done that approx 4 times then after i kept restarting it eventually it just went fine.Any ideas what this could of been just been in it now and took it for a spin and all was fine

 

Probably one of the many problems they suffer from, and probably the reason it was for sale, dual mass flywheels go on them, injectors etc

 

First off, change the fuel filter...
