Hi i am looking in to building a 1.8 zetec on gsxr750 throttle bodies but i want to keep the cost down as much as i can, what ecu would i be best with i was told omex was the best but its expencive would megasquirt be ok? It is going to be an on going build till late thi year early next year when my insurance is down a bit more. Any help woul be great.

 

Gotec may be an option, speak to Jamsport in northampton.

 

MS would be more than capable of running that setup.

There isn't a "best", so long as it does the job and is mapped correctly.
Personally I'd be using ZX6R tb's, I'd have a look at the m tech V4 ecu from people like danny@ EP.
