Default 2WD COSSIE NOISY ACTUATOR

I recently posted a problem with a blowing exhaust problem from the back of the turbo/downpipe,i think i have righted that problem, but have now realised that part of the noise i thought was the blow is actually the inside of the actuator rattling,it is worse at idle and at low revs.does anybody know what this could be?thankyou

Are you sure it is not the wastegate? if there is not enough pre-load it will rattle, either a week actuator or has not been adjusted right

You sure its not the turbo damper? do you have a std ford spring item, it may need adjusting/replacing if it turns out not to be the actuator? Does it change pitch then disappear when you rev it higher?
