cambelt for Blacktop head on silvertop block?
Hi guys
Just finished building a forged zetec turbo engine using silvertop block and stage 3 blacktop head. Im just trying to gather some info on how i go about routing the cambelt with the extra tensioner/idler on blacktop head? I know its been done before. What belt should i use black or silvertop? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

hello. If you have no joy with a belt then i have a silver top ported head with 1 over size value seats unused for not alot of money. And i would think the black top belt but that is just a guess.

Thanks mate but I spent ages doing the valves in this head so wouldn't realy want 2 change now. I'm sure I'll get there in the end as long as a certain impreza behaves itself now lol jap crap I know.
