upgrading focus head unit to something the same size
hi all.. recently bought a new head unit. its a double-din type so i presumed it would fit but about 10mm too 
so rather than cut up the dash im curious to know if any one knows of a unit which will fit the focus perfectly as i do not like the cheapo bit of halfords plastic that sits under most upgraded stereos.

yeah i think your right.. i just assumed it was a double.. disapointed.
do you know where i can get a fascia for a mk1focus that only has one slot.. because i hate the cheap plastic dummy cover.

a double din does fit although you may have to trim the bezel i have installed one in my focus
