RS Turbo Control Arms

Hey guys replaced these before but cant remember having to do this before but here goes. Removed but the metal dowel that is inside rubber of arm is stuck on anti roll bar, how do I remove this? bit of heat and try get it off? Obviously with it being on threaded area I dont want to bugger thread
any help will be appreciated thanks.

Mine did this when i changed them to adjustable ones. I just bollocked a load of wd40 in there went for a fag whilst it was soaking in then got a big pair of mole grips on it and twisted it back and forth with abit more wd40 thrown in untill it was free.

A very common problem, a few choices, if careful with a angle grinder grind a channel in the tube, not all the way through obviously, then insert a nicely sharpened cold chisel in the channel and whack, this will split the tube open, then mole grips to pull it off is the quickest way to do it.
