Default Ford Focus 16v Zetec burnig oil

Hi guys can anyone help mans stressing
ive recently changed 2 valves and all valve seals and my car is running sweet now apart from now its burning oil rapidly an blowing grey/white smoke any ideas anyone

Welcome to my world. Replaced all valve seals on mine after gunging up all the pistons. I burn an entire sump after 200 miles. Let me know if you find a solution wont ya I'm getting a new engine ASAP. Piston rings have to be culprit.

Check the breather system is nice and clear first.

Cool - I might get that checked out..why would that result in oil burning - and if this is blocked can it result in overheating too? I have overheating up hills and burning lots of oil - as my majorly boring thread explains in about a million pages..

Its burning about a litre of oil every 200 miles!
