Sluggish Mondeo
Does anyone know what could be causing my Mondeo to be a bit sluggish and use quite a bit of petrol? I've not seen over 30mpg no matter how carefull I drive. My sister has the same model ( MK2 LX 1.8) and has had over 40 on a long run! Plus it is quicker than mine and mine has been looked after considerably better

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Defective sensor or some air leak in inlet- or exhaust-manifold.
Check exhaust manifold and gaskets, check inlet manifold and gaskets and vacuum lines.
If all is well have the dealer check the sensors.
