Ian, hate to disappoint you, but your list is ancient.
It's only a fraction of all codes that are used nowadays.
There are some 4000 (four thousand) general codes now.
That includes also the codes that start with a U.
If you're interested you can find them at http://www.dtcsearch.com/

Hi I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for me, Ive just bought a 2004 Mondeo zetec s 2.0 tdci, I went to overtake on the motorway and there was a sudden loss of power and the glow plug light was flashing, i then turned the engine off and back on at it was fine for another 5 miles and it did it again, ive had it on 2 computers to look for faults, 1 says that one injector has gone the other says that its the fuel pump thats gone, surely if the fuel pump had gone it would struggle to start and would sound really crap and sluggish. It starts first time everytime and sounds sweet when it is sat in idle. any suggestions?
