Default Windscreen washer jets

Hi everyone,
When I turn my windscreen washers on the windscreen wipers move as they should do but no water comes out the washers, front or back? There not blocked as i've cleaned them and put a pin down each jet and the screen wash isn't frozen etc.

Any one no the problem, cheeRS.

Can you hear the washer pump working?
If you can try taking the pump out the bottle and giving it a clean the screenwash can go like jelly sometimes and blocks the pump.
If you can't hear the pump then it might be broken.

Check that the pump is actually working by operating them whislt you are stood outside the car. You should easily hear if the pump is working.

Then check that the pipes are conected on the bototm of the pump as they are prone to coming off certains cars, MK2 Mondeos are particularly bad for this.

Then check that they are connected to the actually jets.

The pump is conected to the bottle at the bottom, most are just push in so fairly easy to remove if you can see it.

Could well be just a fuse or a problem with the switch. Worth checking before spending out for a new pump.
