does it fit a 4x4 sierra??

the ones ive seen have all had 2wd mounting points

the ratio is 2.8, but PAS standard is 2.5

You don't need a different steering wheel at all, the column stays exactly the same, the rack fits exactly the same, you can get just the rack and pinion itself to put into your rack as well, I did a 2.2 quick rack for roosie.
Tbh on a road car bloody horrible make it twitchy as hell, due to more steering for same amount of wheel turn, ace on a track car maybe, I wouldn't use any quicker than the std cossie one myself, but some like them though.
