Default Couple of things..

What oil is recommended for Zetec engines?

Will 2.0ltr Mondeo brakes fit my mk4 Fiesta? I picked up a set with carriers and everything for £15, couldn't let those go

And for my 2.0ltr mk3 fiesta, my old man aquired some zx9r bike carbs for nothing off a friend, I can make the manifold no problem, but what else is needed to get them running?

5 - 30 oil.
Breaks will fit, might have to space disc of hub 3 mm

For the carbs, either fit a carb ignition system, Edis and coil pack from a lower spec Model or get a after market ignition.

I ran my zetec silver top on 5W40 with no issues at all in 7 years now, you can also find the edis on the ghia auto mondeo's, as my dads has this.
