Default Changing Mk3 escort roof?

Hi folks, was wondering if it's possible to successfully and neatly remove a roof from a mk3 and put it on another? My rotten XR3i has a sunroof, my excellent doner shell does not. I've known people do it, but to what standard I do not know. I guess the hardest bit is probably around the A pillars, as there is no seam here, I'm guessing there is a seam I can unpick at the top of the B and C pillars? I'm a competant welder and have a mig and a spotwelder. I haven't taken the headlining out yet, so i'm not sure where the joins are yet. Open to suggestions at this stage! Cheers in advance, folks.

should be easy enough. drill spot welds from the top on your rotten roof and from the bottom on the good roof, this will leave you with no holes to plug up, you can then spot weld the new roof on. factory finish. think it will be brazed on to the a and c pillers. the 1 i'm doing at the moment is brazed on, although it's a escos.
