i take it all the earth wires under the battery tray are connected back up?

i did a clutch on one of these a few weeks ago but cant think of much....
did you replace the DMF? i noticed the one i did had lateral play in it which could effect the starter motor by not angaging with it properly.

bit vague that, whats happening when you turn the key???

does the engine turn over???

i'd guess you've missed connecting something up.

Did you check your old DMF and the new one before to place it ?

Check the crank sensor, it take the information to start the engine on the DMF

engien turns over all fine add crank sens out it looks ok
the 2 flywheels looked the same
all wiers and leads on
thing im thinking is the locating pin on end of crank
because the flywheel i got only had one pin hole ( even tho the old flywheel only used the one pin but had tow holes )
could the flywheel be 180 deg out.

fly should only be able to go on one way as the bolt holes are misaligned, is the pin on the new fly in the same place as the old fly?

hmmm, if you've fitted the new clutch and fly properly and any timing pins etc line up then i can only think theres a sensor not connected somewhere.
