Unhappy master cylnder swap??

I have a ford scorpio estate and i have just fitted brembo 4 pots(made my own adapter plates) from a focus rs but Im puzzled with the performance of the brakes as i have a long pedal and very progressive braking force with the rear wheels locking up first. the standard scorpio brakes were exellent with the rears being same as 4x4 cossie setup and fronts are same as st24 mondeo/cougar etc I now have changed the rears for new calipers with grooved discs and the front for ebc frs 324mm discs. Do I need different master cylnder and bias adjuster or have iu not bled brakes properly????? please help as i need mot soon and am not sure if it will pass with current setup!!

Are you using the same pad spec both ends ?, could put a more aggressive pad on the front, but if no joy will need to alter bias with another alternative rear valve.
