1.3 hcs into 1.0 f reg mk2 fiesta
hi im new on here and im straight into picking your brains ,
as the title says ive got a 1.0 pop with a dead donkey under the bonnet and i recently aquired a 1.3 hcs from a g plate escort with all under bonnet items but have decided im lost when it comes to wireing it in so can anyone save my bacon , pritty please,

Assuming your pop was carb ?, you can choose between carb and efi when fitting the 1300 engine, but would need engine loom/sensors/ecu etc, or could just bolt carb etc onto the 1300, would need rejetting and I can't remember if the 1300 will take the pop parts, as it's a 1.0 I'm 99% they are not interchangeable parts wise, the 1100 are but not the 1.0.

hi , i have the complete engine with all ancilleries in cludeing the engine wireing loom , both engines are carb but the fiesta is the coil and dizzy ignition while the escort donnar lump is the coil pack so its the wireing of the escort loom into the fiestas orignal that im struggleing on.
