Can anyone tell me what the outlet size is on a 2wd intercooler and also on a 4be one. I plan to change 2wd one for 4wd one are they the same size

NO, 4wd is longer wider when viewed from the side ie it extends towards the front more is higher as it extends downwards more as well, it will fit though, with a bit of ingenuity.
The ic offside mount mount for the rad will not be in the right place, it will be too far towards the offside when used with a 2wd rad, some people use a bracket, which I think looks crap.
If you take the rad out simply cut off the "tag" that the intercooler connects to the rad with from the rad, and reposition so the hole centre in each tag are exactly 22" apart, the tag is then in the right place.

I can measure the size later today, I use a airtec RS500 type myself just tell them what it is for and they will send you the right one, so your existing hoses fit, the genuine BEHR RS500 cooler has much bigger sizes, mate has one.
