Default Recharge time using Duratec COP's

I just had a coil failure last saturday with my Zetec SE race engine.
I use the Duratec's direct ignition coil on plug coils with the Tatech aftermarcet ECU.

The coils have proven reliable in road cars so I suspect I have something a bit off with my set up. I predict I'll end up with another dead coil unless I react somehow.

I have a 4 millilsecond recharge time at my ECU and thought I could use a little shorter recharge / Dwell time. But would like to know what other people have had as the dwell time?

Try 1.8 to 2.0 milliseconds.
