doing a 2wd conversion on my escos, brought a 2wd diff with 100 mm lobros, but the driveshafts and stub axles are 108mm witch means the driveshafts wont bolt to the diff flanges!!!!! where can i get 108mm flanges for the diff???? or what can i do????

 

it's easier to get the rest on the 2wd set up, or leave your 7" diff in. depends what power your running

 

its a 2wd diff but its got the smaller lorbos 100mm?? the shafts are 2wd too with 108mm lorbos!!! im confused!!

 

You have got a Granada cossie diff if its an lsd with 100mm flanges.
You can either fir some 108mm ones from a 2wd saff diff or use the 4x4 7" shafts.

 

it came out of a saph apparantly?? will it take 400 bhp
