Reverse lights will probs be the switch on the gearbox. The dodgy lights points to an earth problem, check the connections for corrosion. The ISCV is probs the culrprit for it cutting out.

No idea about the fan noises, but if it's blowing cold it sounds like it's air locked, a blocked heater matrix, or a problem with the selector not actually selecting hot.

Best thing to do to the rear lights is to get a new pair of the bulb holders if they pins are rusted where the connector goes or solder the wires direct to the power tracks on the bulb holder, this is what I do, the main problem is usually the earth, often just soldering/screwing a wire from the earth track of the bulb holder to the body works wonders, I usually use a light mounting stud with a ring terminal etc.
For the reverse lights check out the power at the switch itself on the gearbox with ignition on one wire of the two should be live, the other one of course leads to the lights, bridge these two and if the lights then work(assuming you do have a correct live on one wire) then it is a switch problem.
The idle speed can most likely be sorted by cleaning the idle speed control valve.
The sound from the blower could be either the bearing is noisy, will still last years normally or it could have leave sin it if someone has left out the pollen filter.
For the heat issue is it just the heater or is the engine running cold ?, if engine as well change the thermostat, if just heater check first the bowden(cable) from the dial to the heater box in case it is out of adjustment, or popped off, some do sometimes.

thanx, the engine runs hot and seems to be alright its just the heater it blows out cold but not hot, do you know where the heater box is located and how is the best way to bridge wires??

To bridge the wires just use a old piece of wire, strip 1/4" insulation from each end and jam in the plug.
The heater is like dead centre behind the controls, if you get down in the drivers footwell you should see the cable that moves the flap, and the flap on the side of the large plastic heater box, make sure this is getting full movement in the hot position, if not loosen the philips screw and move cable along slightly so the flap cam move full travel, has it had a recent matrix ?, maybe it wasn't put back very well, some dodgy people when selling cars bypass the matrix(if leaking) so this would produce no heat.
