can anyone tell me if this has been chipped or not, and also where is map sensor located as i need to know what to buy and what not to buy. number on chip if this is the right 1 is...TMS 27C128-2JL LDE 8805

 

Do you know what boost your car is running???

yep!! i have got the boost turned down at the mo and she is running 0.6 bar , when turned up she will run 1.5 bar but i havent done that very often as i am still unsure what the car has had done as i have only had this 1 just over a week. it may run more boost but i have not really given it a good thrashing until i have had it set up on the rollers...the bloke i had the car off only had it a month and he new fuck all about cars so i want to find out what its got before i start throwing wads of cash at it if you know what i mean

 

what colour injectors has your car got on it ie dark blues(standard stage1) ,light greens stage 2,dark greens stage3 and so on

the map sensor is or should be just under the header tank held in place by 3x 10m bolts!

 

it is only running standard injectors at the moment, going to put some greens in this is why im trying to establish if it has a 3 bar on and if it is allready chipped or not mate

 

DONT think it will have a 3bar on standard injectors!

ps 3bars are usually a greyish sort of colour with numbers APSO5/01 I think BUT although there were a few black ones if thats helps!

 

100% impossible to tell if its chipped from that pic. get it read by a pro before it ends in tears is my advice on this occasion
