Relay connectors can be got from people like www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk
To do the HT leads simply put engine at TDC as marked on crank pulley, with cam pointers pointing inwards, ie exhaust at 3 o'clock and inlet at 9 o'clock, then note where the rotor arm points to that's number 1, 3 is next, then 4 then 2, as firing order is 1/3/4/2, 99.9% sure the dizzy rotates clockwise but check.

Determine which cylinder is missing first by pulling leads off with engine running, if you don't like shocks use something insulated to do this, if you have any heart condition let someone else take the shocks.
Then you can test lead, plug, cap etc to narrow down.

You can always do swapsies with the lead or plug into another known good cylinder to see the effect of the swap.
