Default 3 Door Help

Some of you may know I have a 3 Door Cossy converted to 4x4 about 24 years ago... all these years Ive not had a rear anti roll bar as neither the 3 door one or the 4x4 one fits.......... Does anyone have any thoughts or info how I can get round this problem, Photos would be even better.. Their has to be a way round this, im also VERY well aware we have a lot of very clever people who read this Forum.... Any advice to this rather unique problem... Thanks to all who help with this.... Noel.. (Liege-Belgium)

Without changing the beam, change the trailing arms to some that have got the ARB mounts on, then use a mark 1 sierra cossie ARB

You can certainly do as jon@work says, but having had a xr4i myself I would advise you to do a little welding and make attachements for the sapphire type rear arb, the 3 door cossie one, like I used is not worth the effort of fitting imo, though better than the 4i one, it's still pretty useless being too thin and long, sapphire 16mm(2wd),18mm(4wd), or escos 22mm improve it no end, though if you have been able to put up with a lack of rear arb for that length of time anything would seem ace even the std 4i one!!
I also had a tow bar on my 4i with the 18mm rear arb from a sapphy so there is room, I merely welded two plates on the flat "chassis" type bit above/behind the diff to locate the arb mounts.

Just go to any half decent garage that does welding, it's avery easy job.
There is a garage/unit on Hillegom Strasse, in Amsterdam, but a bit far too, Betina Pilz owns the unit, they do a lot of rally prep so well up to this.
