Default running lean

hi ppl
ive converted my efi cabby to efi turbo using ofac management but when i took it for a setup it was running massivley lean 0.20 %
the tuner reckons things are working as should but discovered an ecu fault,
so ive changed the ecu and it did make a differance to the drive of the car if a bit sluggish but when he checked it again it is still very lean.
so he checked the flow of the fuel pump and said it wasnt flowing enough so ive just fitted an uprated one from msd and its still the same.
its just sitting around 0.20%

so, any ideas what would cause it to run lean constantly

cheers

Low fuel pressure (regulator?), intake air temperature very high, air leaks?

Are you using a map-sensor or an air mass sensor?
Do you have an Oxygen sensor connected and if so, what's the signal?

Intake air temperature? What do you read in your setup program?

you say it's lean but what do you think that means exactly?
what are the egt's like and is it detting?
if the above are fine then there is no problem, you want it leaner on cruise to save fuel.
as for on boost, well you want to head for whatever is safe and makes best power, this is different on all cars.
what wideband was used?
what injectors are being used and have they been cleaned?
what were the AFR figures?
mine runs 15.0 on idle is pretty smooth and produce piss all emissions, just seems to burn really well, not so great on economy up the revs though
