Hi guys..

Can someone shed any light on this please..
2002 2.5 v6 zetec s mondy estate..
Just recently its seems to be a little down on power, the other week i put my foot down to overtake a lorry and it would not pull over 4,000 rpm?? But after that it seemed fine again,now its done this a few times now! No juddering or misfire. Still seems smooth but just down on power!
Now yesterday the mrs got in it and the engine management light came on!
Ive took it to a freinds garage today and he has got the code and reset the light and has come back saying-manifold air intake solenoid, mechanical fault. Valve stuck?

Any ideas what this is/where it is please...
Car runs great at the mo but we go away very soon-camping down south.250 miles towing our trailer tent..
