I have just started stripping my Cossie down for an underbody and engine rebuild, when the time comes I am going to buy a new turbocharger not a recon,

My question is can I run a T38 on standard boost and what difference will it make ie: boost/lag etc.

I would like to have the option to up the boost at a later date so I'm thinking T38
