I have 2 chips one was the standard one that came out of a 3 door ecu and the other one is a stage 1 chip for a sapphire cossy. The problem is i cant remember which one is which, could anyone help by looking from the picture below?

 

The one on the right I would say is std 3DR whilst one of the left is STG 1, remember you can't interchange these between ECU'S unless the same type.

ok cheers. i know that you cant interchange them because of the different ecu levels. i was just trying to identify which one is which so if a sell/pass them on i dont give the person the wrong type.

how much are they worth?

Having looked at again I would actually say the one of the left like the rest, the only reason I said the one on the right initially is because it had a M product code and that might mean Motorola as the CPU is Motorola as well, now I think of it I seem to remember the standard chips were Intel, also that sticker on the left looks more genuine than the one on the right.

You can only swap chips on a like to like basis I.E a L6 chip for an L6 but you can't use the L6 (Saph) chip in a L1 (3DR) ECU as the electronics are completely different.
