FORD ESCORT 1998 lx.....Hi guys im new here but expect many more questions like this.When i put my foot down on the revs, theres a pause then a sharp sucking noise from the MAS then the engine revs go up. i think this is choking the engine of air because when i am on the road in first gear, put the foot down it accelerates to about two and a half then slows down until three thousand then picks up again, its not a massive loss of power but it is noticable, hope someone can help me thanks for reading.appreciate any help.
