52 plate 1.8 tdi focus, i turned the key and lost all power 3 mins later power came back on by itself and away i went.this has happened 2 times in a couple of weeks.

its now done it again but i did not get any power back.

battery unconnected is 12.7v

battery connected 10.5v

any ideas

Some foci were recalled for a replacement ignition barrel for this very problem, maybe yours was missed, if so ford will still do it foc.
