Default gaz coilovers

hi can any one tell me wat the best lb springs i need for the back of a sierra cosworth?
the ones i have at the moment feel like there to firm

What poundage do you have at the moment ?
Have you tried adjusting the coilys ?, on the rear these normally adjust bump, as well as rebound, if you lighten the bump/rebound it effectively softens the suspension, might be worth a try first.
I run though on avos, 200lb 12" rears, but find these a tad soft, going to 225lb 12".

h when put them on two or three years ago i think i saw 350 on the top of the springs.
iv turn the damping down too and still dont feel rigth,all so when i jack the car up the springs come lose in around the damper and i feel this is afecting my cornering ability as when the car roll into the corner one wheel will spin..
