When i turn the key it turns, but nothing happens, no clicks, no lights, no horn, literally nothing please help.

doesnt appear so, usually get some sort of notice, this was very sudden. maybe 3 hours after i last used the car.

Get a multi-meter (beg, borrow, steel) and measure battery voltage.
