its a flat head screw on the underneath of the throttle body, its a pain to get to but not the end of the world i would screw it a little at a time with a rev in between turns to allow it to settle

 

Just make sure the engine is at full temp and all electrics(other than engine) are off.
The screw can be got to ok, using a stubby screwdriver.

And just to check, i adjust with or without idle control valve pluged in ?

Once up to temperature disconnect iscv set then reconnect.

 

cheers mate, its only had a idle prob since fitting a bailys breather, is it a common problem, it just sits at about 1600 rpm now, all i can think is it had a air leak from the vacume that went to the original breather
