Right this may sound silly but just brought some heat wrap tape and i have no idea how to install it ie how do you fit it how does it stay on

cheers mate any idea where i can get these from never seen them in halfords lol. Also can i heat wrap my standard manifold do want it cracking?

i used sum thin stainless steel wire that was like fishing wire on mine it was what came with it,not sayin its the best thing to use but i had no probs with it and it doesnt stand out,helps hold any awkward bits tight too
