Yeah wants a set or arches chap and poss inners aswell . you couls grind it out a weld them up but it would only be a temp mesure. The oly way to get rid of rust is to cut it out . It's deffo a bodyshop job and the quarters painted unless your confident with a welder and air saw . Cheers Ally
