Default zvh piston question

ive just bought a zvh n/a engine that im going to change to a turbo unit, i want it to safely run around 18psi so the question is what piston/ rod combo is best

1. standard rods and pistons
2. standard rods skimmed pistons (by how much i dont know think its around 40thou
3. standard rods xe pistons
4. standard rods burtons or simmilar pistons
5. upgraded rods and pistons

dont want to spend mega bucks but dont want it going pop the first time i drive it hard either,

ive got a good stage 2 head with newman cam etc and its running an emerald efi setup so fuelling the boost wont be an issue,

You will need forged pistons and steel rods. Will do the job good and its piece of mind that it shouldnt go bang any minute.
