Unhappy solid flywheel conv

hi all

first off i like to say hi this is my first post . well here gose i have just got a mondeo tdci on 53 plate the dual mass was nocking i didnt no this at first. silly me i know.so i have had a solid flywheel kit fitted Valeo and cylinder. well picked it thursday all was ok went to work thursday night 34 mil trip down motorway when pulling in to yard clutch started giveing loud click when changing gear so i turnd radio off and put it in first gear set off slowly and clutch made a noise like flywheel was loss so kept going went in to second gear and it clicked again so kept going to third gear and clicked again.so i went back on to raod and had long drive it sounds like my car is farting and wen coming to a stop its noisey as hell. so i took it back today he took it for test drive and says its gear box chater. so is this true are am i being fobbed off i feel like i should of stayed with the noisy dual mass flywheel. i do have 2 years warranty with it. please help me poeples.

i wouldn't think it'd be any noisier.
i just changed a dual mass flywheel to a solid one on a alfa gtv 3.0 v6 and that's no noisier, no clicking or owt.
no idea how you solve this problem, may be a gearbox on way out, so plausible.

hi all

well i have rang them back today told them i have been to two different garages and said that there should be no noise in the box he said bring it back on monday and they will have a look at it. great stuff i thought they rang me back about 45 min later and said if i take my car to a different garage and get them to fit a clutch and take the one they take out back and they will give me a full refund.so going to one in preston on friday and letting him have a listen to see what it is. cos it was not there till i had clutch done. how can you tell if gear box has oil in it??
