Where is MK4 XR3I EFI ECT Sensor?
Evening.
Probably a dumb ass question but according to the Haynes manual I should have an Engine Coolant Temperature(ECT) sensor screwed into the cylinder block below the inlet manifold but I cannot see anything on my late Mk4 1990 EFI XR3i.
Does anyone have any ideas?

it's on the inlet manifold, but underneath. not on the block.
take manifold off and you'll see it, or from underneath you should see it, follow a wire off the injector wiring harness to under the mani, black plug IIRC
